Termination of Care
A non payment of fees warning will be issued (in writing) when outstanding child care fees (and charges) are identified on a weekly basis. If three such warnings are issued, you will be deemed to have breached the Conditions of Enrolment of Subicare. We will notify you in writing that your child care place has been forfeited and your account will be placed with a debt collection agency for action. Any family with child care fees that are unpaid and/or a history of outstanding child care fees will not be included in the waiting list for child care places. Subicare reserves the right to terminate child care for families that demonstrate an inability to work within the ethos of Subicare.
